Above is a set of enclosure for an Ultrasound navigation device. The part is made from a 94V0 Kydex. It is pressure-formed and displays a molded undercut perimeter that produces a very uniform joint between the two covers as displayed in the Insert and as evidenced in the joint in the Handle area.
